Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
AgentDownline ("AgentDownline," "we," "us") provides software that lets real estate brokerages model, display and track agent revenue-share plans at agentdownline.com and on brokerage subdomains (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are and who the data is about
There are three kinds of people whose information touches the Service. Brokerage administrators create an account and set up a plan. Agents are added to a brokerage's roster by the brokerage and may be given a login. Visitors use a brokerage's public calculator without an account. For agent and roster data, the brokerage is the controller of that information and we process it on the brokerage's behalf under our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, brokerage name, billing contact, and password (stored hashed).
Plan and roster information: the revenue-share rules a brokerage enters, and for each agent on the roster: name, email, sponsor relationships, cap tier, join date, team, status, and production figures the brokerage chooses to provide (such as deal counts or company dollar). Brokerages are responsible for having the right to share this information with us.
Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing status; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage information: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
Calculator inputs: numbers a visitor types into a public calculator are processed in the visitor's browser to show results. We do not store them unless the visitor chooses to submit a form (for example, to request a call from the brokerage).
Information from integrations: if a brokerage connects a CRM or back-office system, we receive the roster and production fields that integration makes available, as configured by the brokerage.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: calculate and display revenue-share estimates, maintain rosters, and show agents their own downline.
- To bill for the Service and send receipts and billing notices.
- To send service communications, such as account verification, security alerts, and changes to the Service or these terms.
- To respond to support requests.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug problems.
- To understand how the Service is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use roster or production data to advertise to agents or to market to other brokerages.
4. How information is shared
Within a brokerage: a brokerage's administrators can see the full roster and settings. Agents can see their own information and, depending on the brokerage's privacy setting, the names of people in their downline and the estimated revenue share attributable to each; the brokerage decides whether agents can also see downline production figures.
Service providers: we use vendors to host the Service, process payments, send email, and monitor errors. They may access information only to perform those services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of AgentDownline, our users, or others.
Business transfers: if AgentDownline is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. Estimates, not records
Revenue-share figures shown in the Service are estimates generated from the rules and numbers entered by the brokerage. They are not statements of amounts owed or paid. The brokerage's own accounting records and its agreements with agents are the official record.
6. Data retention
We keep account and roster information for as long as the brokerage's account is active. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize its data within 90 days, except where we must keep it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Billing records are kept as required by tax and accounting rules.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and routine backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
Administrators can edit or delete roster information and close the account at any time from the dashboard. Agents who want their information corrected or removed should contact their brokerage, which controls that data; you can also contact us and we will pass the request along. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email sales@agentdownline.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember settings, and limited analytics to understand usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
10. Children
The Service is for licensed real estate professionals and brokerages and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.

Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and AgentDownline ("AgentDownline," "we," "us") covering your use of agentdownline.com, brokerage subdomains, and related software (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brokerage, you represent that you have authority to bind that brokerage, and "you" means the brokerage.
1. The Service
The Service lets a brokerage describe its revenue-share compensation plan, maintain a roster of agents and sponsor relationships, display estimated revenue-share figures to administrators and agents, and publish a public calculator. The Service does not calculate commissions for payroll, pay anyone, or replace your accounting, transaction-management or compliance systems.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by agents and administrators you invite. Tell us right away at sales@agentdownline.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Your data and your responsibilities
You own the plan settings, roster and production data you put into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a license to host, process and display Your Data as needed to provide the Service to you and your agents. You are responsible for Your Data, including having the right to upload information about your agents, keeping it accurate, and complying with laws that apply to it. You are also responsible for your compensation plan itself: its legality, how it is described to recruits, and any obligations under real estate licensing law, franchise agreements, or your agreements with agents.
4. Estimates only; no guarantee of income
All revenue-share, earnings and cost figures produced by the Service are estimates generated from the rules and numbers you or your agents enter. They are provided for illustration and planning. They are not a promise, offer or guarantee of income, not a statement of amounts owed, and not financial, legal or tax advice. Actual results depend on your plan documents, your accounting records, and the real production of the people involved. You agree to present figures from the Service to agents and recruits as estimates and not as guarantees, and to keep the "estimates only" notice visible where the Service displays it.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to violate any law or regulation; to misrepresent a compensation plan or earnings to recruits; to upload information you don't have the right to share; to attempt to access other customers' data; to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service; or to resell the Service without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly based on the number of active agents on your roster during the billing period, at the per-agent rate for your roster size as shown on our pricing page, subject to the stated minimum for that tier, or at the flat Enterprise rate if you are on that plan. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, which we add where required. Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; if it remains unpaid after 14 days we may suspend paid features until it is resolved. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes take effect at your next billing period.
6a. Accuracy guarantee
If, during your first 30 days on a paid plan, you show us a revenue-share figure the Service calculated incorrectly under the plan rules and production numbers entered into your account, we will refund your first month's fee. Tell us at sales@agentdownline.com with the agent, the figure, and what you believe it should be. The guarantee covers our arithmetic, not differences caused by rules or figures entered incorrectly, by settings your plan does not support, or by data that was not entered. One refund per brokerage.
7. Free plan
The free calculator plan is provided as-is, may be limited in features, and includes "powered by AgentDownline" branding that may not be removed.
8. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time by emailing sales@agentdownline.com or using the manage-subscription link in your receipt; your paid features continue until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law, with notice where practical. After termination we will make Your Data available for export for 30 days and then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, calculators and content (but not Your Data), is owned by AgentDownline and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service may connect to third-party systems such as CRMs, back-office software and payment processors. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them. Availability of an integration depends on the third party and may change.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that estimates will match any actual payment.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentDownline will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify AgentDownline from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Data, your compensation plan, your representations to agents or recruits, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing sales@agentdownline.com and allowing 30 days for a response. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and both sides consent to that venue. Either side may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
15. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may change the Service over time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "last updated" date; material changes will be announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
16. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order form, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Notices to us go to sales@agentdownline.com; notices to you go to your account email.

AgentDownline · sales@agentdownline.com
API (v1)
Base URL: https://agentdownline.com/api/v1 · JSON in, JSON out
The API lets your CRM, back office or a script push your roster into AgentDownline and pull every agent's rev-share numbers. It's the same calculator the app uses, so the numbers match what your agents see.
Authentication
Create a key in the app: sign in, then API keys (top right). Send it on every request as a header: X-API-Key: adl_live_…. One key gives access to one brokerage. Revoke it from the same place any time. Keep it out of browsers and shared docs.
Endpoints
| Method | Path | What it does |
| GET | /plan | Your brokerage and plan rules (levels, caps, tiers, unlocks…). |
| GET | /agents | Your full roster as stored. |
| PUT | /agents | Create or update agents (upsert). Matches on id, then email, then exact name. Add ?replace=true to replace the whole roster with what you send. |
| DELETE | /agents/{id} | Remove one agent. Their recruits stay; fix sponsors with a PUT if needed. |
| GET | /earnings | Estimated yearly rev share for every agent, plus totals. |
| GET | /earnings/{id or email} | One agent, with a row per downline person (level, share, what they earn on them). |
Agent fields (PUT /agents)
| Field | Type | Notes |
name | string | Required. |
email | string | Recommended — used to match updates and for the agent's login. |
id / externalId | string | Optional. Your own ID; we keep it so later pushes update the same person. |
tier | string | Tier name exactly as in your plan (e.g. "Full Cap"). Defaults to your first tier. |
deals | number | Closed sides per year. |
avgCommission | number | Average gross commission per deal. |
joined | YYYY-MM-DD | Anniversary date. |
sponsors | array | [{"id":"maria@…","pct":50},{"id":"sam@…","pct":50}] — id, email or exact name of the sponsor. Percentages are shares of the sponsor credit. |
teamOf | string | id/email/name of the team leader, if on a team. |
left, leftDate | bool, date | Mark someone who left the brokerage. |
Example: push two agents
curl -X PUT https://agentdownline.com/api/v1/agents \
-H "X-API-Key: adl_live_…" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"agents":[
{"name":"Maria Lopez","email":"maria@bluedoor.com","tier":"Full Cap","deals":10,"avgCommission":10000,"joined":"2021-03-01"},
{"name":"Sam Ortiz","email":"sam@bluedoor.com","tier":"Half Cap","deals":5,"avgCommission":8000,
"sponsors":[{"id":"maria@bluedoor.com","pct":100}]}
]}'
Example: pull the numbers
curl https://agentdownline.com/api/v1/earnings -H "X-API-Key: adl_live_…"

Good to know
Numbers are yearly estimates from the rules and production you send — the same "estimates only" footing as the app. Requests are limited to a sensible rate per key; if you plan to sync more than a few thousand agents an hour, email sales@agentdownline.com first. Errors come back as {"error":"…"} with a 4xx status. There's no charge for API use on any paid plan.
